Level1: Summon Vines
Level2:Enroot
Level3-25:Attribute Points

The Reason i add one point in Enroot is because it gives her the more time to stay in her lane instead of going back to base to heal.

Heres where you should put the vines if your at bottom lane.

Notice It Distracts the Creeps into moving there where your creeps get to focus on the tower, the red line is the path the melee creeps of the enemy has.

Item Build:
Gumgirms Spear (legendary Item)
Excalibur (legendary item)
Masamune (Legendary item)
Ring of Maximum agility x3

My modifications:

Do without the life root, and after Gungnir, get Vampire Fang and then build up to Mjolnir instead of Excalibur and Masamune.

Not the most "fun" build, but it's very good for PvP.

I really don't like that you can just level up AB and ignore the ultimate, and the other skills, and end up with a crazy good hero.

I think the other skills should be useful enough to be worth leveling. =|
